AntiAC Discord Rules
Please note that, in addition to these policies, the Discord Terms of Service also apply. These rules supplement the Server Rules.
1. Fundamental Principles of Conduct
Respect and Courtesy
Every member must be treated with respect, kindness, and fairness.
Tolerance
Discrimination based on origin, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other personal traits is strictly prohibited.
Responsibility
Every member is responsible for their own behavior and its impact on the community.
2. Behavior in Text Channels
Appropriate Language: Insults, provoking behavior, harassment, intentional arguments, or toxic behavior are not allowed.
Spam and Flooding: Excessive posting of messages, emojis, or capital letters (caps-lock) is not permitted.
Stay On Topic: Messages must match the subject of the channel they are posted in.
3. Language and Content
Prohibited Content: Posting violent, pornographic, discriminatory, extremist, or otherwise inappropriate content is strictly forbidden.
Political and Religious Topics: Discussions on sensitive topics are only allowed if they remain respectful and objective.
Media Content: Images, videos, and other media must be appropriate for all ages and relevant to the topic.
4. Usernames, Avatars, and Status Messages
Usernames, avatars, and status messages must not contain offensive, extremist, discriminatory, or sexual content.
Impersonating team members, or public figures is not allowed.
The staff reserves the right to edit or remove inappropriate content without prior notice.
5. Advertising and External Links
Advertising for other servers, social media channels, products, or services is prohibited without explicit approval from server management.
Sharing phishing, scam, or malicious links will result in immediate removal.
Only safe and relevant links are allowed.
6. Voice Chat (VC) – Usage and Conduct
Consideration: Shouting, disruptive noises, soundboards, or playing music without the consent of all participants is not allowed.
Technical Recommendation: The use of Push-to-Talk is strongly recommended to prevent background noise.
Recording: Any form of recording or streaming voice chats requires the explicit consent of everyone present.
Inactivity: If you are inactive for an extended period, please move to an AFK channel if one is available.
7. Use of Bots and Technical Tools
Bot commands are only to be used in designated bot channels.
Abuse, spam, or intentional disruption of the server through bots or automated scripts is forbidden.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The sharing or publishing of personal data (e.g., name, address, phone number, passwords) is not allowed.
Doxing (sharing private data without consent) will lead to an immediate and permanent ban.
Screenshots, voice recordings, or screen captures may only be done with the consent of all parties involved.
9. Moderation and Team Instructions
Instructions from moderators and administrators must be followed.
Complaints or objections to decisions should be made privately and respectfully to the staff.
Moderators and administrators reserve the right to act against behavior not explicitly mentioned in these rules if it is harmful to the community.
Tagging, pinging, or @-mentioning any staff member is strictly forbidden under all circumstances, unless you are explicitly instructed to do so by a team member for an urgent issue. Unapproved tagging of team members will result in disciplinary measures. Always use the appropriate channels to request help; do not interrupt staff workflow with direct tags
10. Consequences for Rule Violations
Violations of these rules may result in:
Warning
Temporary mute / timeout
Kick
Permanent ban
The moderation team will decide on the appropriate action based on the severity of the violation.
11. Changes to These Rules
These rules may be updated or amended at any time.
All members are responsible for keeping themselves informed of the current version.
12. Additional Recommendations
Help new members find their way around.
Promote a positive and constructive atmosphere.
Resolve conflicts calmly and respectfully.
